DESCRIPTION:\n🎃 The City of Grand Terrace invites residents\, local busi
 nesses\, and organizations to participate in creating a fun and safe Trunk
 -or-Treat Halloween experience! 🍬👻\n\nRegister to host a decorated t
 runk and hand out treats to our community.\n\n🕸️ Last day to register
 : October 24\, 2025. 🕷️\n\nTerms and Conditions:\n\n- Set-up will beg
 in on October 31\, 2025\, at 2:30 p.m. All vehicles must be fully decorate
 d\, prepared\, and staffed by 4:30 p.m.\n- All participants will be automa
 tically entered into the Best Decorated Trunk contest for a chance to win 
 a prize.\n- Participants must bring their own candy\, sealed food items\, 
 stickers\, promotional items\, etc. Homemade treats are not permitted.\n- 
 Applicants are responsible for providing their own tables\, chairs\, canop
 y\, weights\, and any other needed items. Electrical support will not be p
 rovided.\n- Event Rules: All participating vehicles must remain in their d
 esignated space for the entire event. Vehicles may not enter or exit the p
 arking lot until the event ends at 8:00 p.m.\n\nFor special requests or ac
